These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Turkey Travel24’s Website, located at https://turkeytravel24.com/.

Turkey travel24 website and the Products made available on this website are offered to you conditional upon your acceptance without modification of any/all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing or using this website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the agreement and confirm that you have read and understood its terms. Please read the agreement carefully, as it contains information concerning your legal rights and limitations on these rights, as well as a section regarding applicable law and jurisdiction of disputes. In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted this agreement on behalf of the persons named in the booking. All our terms and conditions are written to protect the guests’ rights and our company at the same time.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS:

Terms &Conditions:

Reservations made through Turkey Travel24 constitute full knowledge and acceptance of all terms and conditions on issue of deposit or payment received by Turkey Travel24 towards a confirmed travel package, tour, rental or service.

Voucher:

After payment, Turkey Travel24 will send a confirmation / voucher by email. This voucher needs to be printed and presented as proof of purchase to the service provider if needed anytime.

Correct spelling:

Tour participants are responsible for correctly spelling their names on the booking form. Names need to be written in the correct space on the form. Turkey Travel24 is not responsible for confusions created by mistakes in spelling or personal data. Flight tickets will be arranged according to information on the booking form.

Tour participants are responsible for inserting the correct tour date and their correct birth date using the format Day/Month/Year.

Payment schedule:

The services you select and put in the cart are fully charged. Credit cards accepted are VISA and MASTERCARD.

Bank Transfer or Western Union  After offline Payment upload money Receipt to website or Company’s Whats App approved by Turkey Travel24

Cancellation, refund and procedure to cancel a booking:

All requests for modifications/amendments/cancellations must be sent by email to Turkey Travel24. Turkey Travel24 cannot be held responsible for any problem that may occur if you do not receive or read carefully your confirmation/voucher. In case you have not received your voucher, you must notify Turkey Travel24.

Modifications:

If the guest wants to change the confirmed travel package, tour, rental or service dates, they may be subject to additional fees for new flight tickets, cancelled tours, rearrangements etc.

Flight alterations:

Turkey Travel24 is not responsible in the case of cancellations, delays or changes to flights made by airline companies. However we will assist tour participants to catch the tours as soon as possible. Extra charges may be applied.

Luggage:

The luggage allowance is 15 kilos carry on and 8 kilos cabin for domestic flights and 30 kilos carry on and 8 kilos cabin for International flights per person. Guests with extra luggage might be subjected to pay additional fees by the airline company. If you want to leave any luggage behind and pick up after returning, we can store them free of charge.

Only one hand bag per person is accepted in daily tour coaches. Other restrictions may apply.

Surprise pricing:

If flight tickets become extremely expensive due to last minute bookings, religious festivals, school holidays etc., Turkey Travel24 may need to charge the guest an extra fee but will inform the guest before doing so.

Meeting arrangements:

If any activity is missed because the guest is delayed or does not make themselves known to our staff at the meeting point, it is the guest’s responsibility to call the number shown on the voucher information sheet before making other arrangements or paying any additional monies to redress the issue (eg taxi fares).

Natural disasters:

If any activity is cancelled because of a natural problem/disaster (eg balloon flights or cruises due to weather conditions), guests will be fully refunded including service fees.

Check in/out times:

Guests are expected to comply with check-in/check out times of the hotel during their stay. Please inform us if you require an early check-in or late check out. We will make a request on your behalf but extra charges may apply.

Visas and Documentation:

Each guest must have a valid passport/ID card with at least 6 months’ minimum validity without limitation before it expires. The traveller is responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and visas for destinations. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID.

Personal Travel Insurance:

Turkey Travel24 provides only travel insurance which covers accidents or incidents during your stay in holiday destinationsapapa. Guests are advised to obtain their own travel insurance for health or baggage loss.

Tips and Taxes:

Tips to guides, drivers, hotel staff etc. are not included in package costs and are at your own discretion. Additional taxes, security charges or any other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features.

Not Included in the price:

The following is a list of major items not included in the rates:

  • Room service charges.
  • Food and beverages not included on menus offered to guests while on a Turkey Travel24.
  • Beverages, alcoholic drinks.
  • Items of a personal nature.
  • Airport departure taxes and any other items not specifically listed in the package rate.

Complaints:

In the unlikely event that you were not satisfied with your reservation, you may file a complaint within 1 month from date of service. Please send your complaint in writing  by email and it will be investigated. Complaints received after the deadline will not be investigated and will not be eligible to a refund.

Turkey Travel24 will be governed by and subject to the Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Turkey Travel24.

All tours, packages, products, accommodations canceled without due notice are subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following scale:

About Package Tours:

  • If canceled 60 full days prior to the package’s local start time, the guest will receive a full refund minus the 15% service fee .
  • If canceled within 60 full days to package’s local start time, no refund will be made.
  • Fees include VAT, all services listed in the ‘’Description’’ section of the package.
  • Please telephone us to make last minute reservations.
  • If the package is cancelled because of a natural problem/disaster (eg winter flight cancellations because of snow and guests could not arrive in destination etc.), guests will receive a full refund including our own service fees, except for the fees that third parties / local places such as the yacht/hotel/flights etc. do not refund to us.

About Tours:

  • We kindly request our guests to be ready  15 minutes prior to departure time. Guests need to arrive promptly at the meeting points given by Turkey Travel24, or the tour will proceed without them.
  • 30 % discount applies for children aged 2-7. Children under 2 tour free of charge.
  • Tours will only be refunded minus the 15% of service fee if cancelled more than 72 hours prior to commencement.
  • Effective Sales Rates of the Turkish Central Bank are valid for payments.
  • Tour fees include VAT, transport, guidance and entrance fees.
  • Turkey Travel24 is not responsible for any loss or theft of belongings during the tour.
  • Due to traffic conditions beyond our control, pickup may be delayed.
  • Please telephone us to make last minute reservations.
  • If any tour is cancelled because of a natural problem/disaster (eg balloon flights or cruises due to weather conditions etc.), guests will be fully refunded including service fees.
  • Pick-ups and drop offs might be a bit earlier or later depending on the traffic. Tour speed might also go slower and finish later, or faster and finish earlier depending on the number of participants.

About Accommodations:

  • If canceled fourteen full days prior to  the scheduled check in (listing’s local time), guests will receive a full refund minus the 15% of service fee.
  • If canceled less than fourteen full days prior to the scheduled check in (listing’s local time) guests will receive 50% of the total amount of the stay minus the 15% of service fee.
  • If canceled after 12:00 noon (listing’s local time) on the scheduled check in date no refund will be made.
  • Fees include VAT, Cleaning and all bills.
  • Effective Sales Rates of the Turkish Central Bank are valid for payments.
  • Please telephone us to make last minute reservations.
  • If the accommodation is cancelled because of a natural problem/disaster (eg winter flight cancellations due to weather conditions and could not arrive in destination ), guests will receive a full refund including service fees.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is [1400Hrs Local Time], and check-out time is [1100Hrs Local Time]. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
  • The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking room/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
  • Change in room, while on holiday, will be subject to availability & may attract additional charges.

About Services:

1 – Airport Transfers:

  • When transferring from the city to the airport, we ask all guests to be ready 15 minutes prior to their departure time. Our drivers cannot wait for late arrivals.
  • Please telephone us to make last minute reservations.
  • Children under 2 years of age are transported free.
  • Fees include VAT, fuel and road tolls.
  • Service will only be refunded minus the 15% of service fee if cancelled more than 72 hours prior to commencement.
  • Effective sales rates of the Turkish Central Bank are valid for payments.
  • Turkey Travel24 is not responsible for any loss or theft of belongings during the transfer.
  • If the service is cancelled because of a natural problem/disaster (eg winter flight cancellations due to weather conditions and could not arrive in destination ), guests will receive a full refund including service fees.

2 – Car Rental:

  • The price is for the entire vehicle, including unlimited kilometre/mile, VAT, insurance. It excludes fuel and road tolls.
  • Please tick the ‘’with driver’’ option if you want to have someone driving for you.
  • The prices shown are for the same pick up and drop off location. If you choose a different drop off location, extra charges may be incurred. The guest is responsible to give correct information on pick up and drop off locations.

  • Effective sales rates of the Turkish Central Bank are valid for payments.
  • Turkey Travel24 is not responsible for any loss or theft of belongings during the time the guest has the vehicle.
  • Service will only be refunded minus the 15% of service fee if cancelled more than 72 hours prior to commencement.

3 – Bus Tickets:

  • Most bus journeys in Turkey are overnight services. Please check the ‘’Details’’ section to see the departure and arrival times of each bus.
  • We kindly request our guests to be ready  15 minutes prior to departure time at the bus term Guests need to arrive promptly at the meeting points given by Turkey Travel24, or the bus will proceed without them.
  • The price shown quoted is per person .Children  0-2 years of age can travel on their parents’ laps free of charge.
  • The price includes VAT, insurance, road tolls.
  • The guest is responsible to give the correct information on pick up and drop off locations.
  • Please telephone us to make last minute reservations.
  • Effective sales rates of the Turkish Central Bank are valid for payments.
  • Turkey Travel24 is not responsible for any loss or theft of belongings during the travel.
  • Fees minus the 15% service fee will only be refunded if the service is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to its scheduled commencement.
  • If the service is cancelled because of a natural problem/disaster (eg winter flight cancellations due to weather conditions and could not arrive in destination ), guests will receive a full refund including service fees.

4 – Yacht Charter:

  • We kindly request our guests to be ready  15 minutes prior to the departure time agreed on. Guests need to arrive promptly at the meeting point given by Turkey Travel24, or the time will be deducted from their scheduled hours.
  • The prices given are for 2 hours’ charter and for a maximum of 15 guests. Each person over 15 will be counted extra. Please enter the exact number of guests to see the exact rate.
  • Please put your requested time in the notes.
  • 30 % discount applies for children aged 2-7. Children under 2 tour free of charge.
  • A tour will only be refunded minus the 15% of service fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to its scheduled commencement.
  • Effective Sales Rates of the Turkish Central Bank are valid for payments.
  • Tour fees include VAT, fuel, service staff. It excludes menus that will be offered to you after confirmation.
  • Turkey Travel24 is not responsible for any loss or theft of belongings during the tour.
  • Please telephone us to make last minute reservations.
  • If the charter is cancelled because of a natural problem/disaster (eg weather conditions etc.), guests will receive a full refund including service fees.

About Special Events:

  • If canceled 90 full days prior to the event’s local start time, the guest will receive a full refund minus the 15% service fee .
  • If canceled within 90 full days to event’s local start time, no refund will be made.
  • Fees include VAT, all services listed in the ‘’Description’’ section of the event.
  • Please telephone us to make last minute reservations.
  • If the event is cancelled because of a natural problem/disaster (eg winter flight cancellations because of snow and guests could not arrive in destination etc.), guests will receive a full refund including our own service fees, except for the fees that third parties / local places such as the yacht/hotel/conference hall etc. do not refund to us.
